This programme will help you get clear about who you are, feel confident about your value and give you a sense that you can rely upon yourself. 

It consists of 12 sessions where we meet online for an hour each week, and comes with your personal copy of Polish the Diamond allowing you to reflect on your journey.

The cost is NZ$250 per session
