Going through any sort of change in our life, it’s good to have something to go to when you feel overwhelmed, unable to think or plan. When you feel as if you are in a fog, it’s a clear sign to get out of your head and into your heart.
Simply sitting and focusing purely on your breath until you feel still, quiet, peaceful is a great place to start. And this is something you can do if you are in lockdown. If you tell yourself your mind is so busy you can’t even do that, make a list of all the things you need to, turn it over, then focus on your breathing for as long as you can!
Then …you can sit in the silence, focus on your heart energy, breathe in its light, feel the warm glow and as it settles, let your heart speak to you and listen. This is something you can come back to again and again – as you go about your day, you can stop and feel it’s energy whenever you want support.
