Head or Heart?

How do you make choices in life?

D’you tend to do everything based on logic …or… are you someone who experiences and reacts to life according to how you feel?

How can you find balance; how can you trust yourself?

If you have a strong mental body, your tendency will be to be to think in terms of good or bad, what you ‘should’ do, what is right or wrong. Your thoughts will evaluate, judge, label, separate in order to understand. They will have you doubt, criticise, limit – yourself and others. And, if you have a busy mind, you most likely will find yourself exhausted when dealing with any challenge. You don’t fully trust your decisions. You will worry that something is wrong.

If your emotional body is in charge, then you will experience lots of feelings, your buttons will be easily pushed, you will be affected by the energy of others, and most likely you will feel overwhelmed when dealing with any challenge. You will react rather than respond, and how you react is a reflection of how you value yourself. This is where fear holds us back from living the life we want. It’s the area that tends to block our confidence and keep us small. You can’t stand in your light.

When we feel stuck, unable to move forward in life, what is happening is that our head and heart are out of alignment. There’s inner conflict. We need to learn to listen to our intuition, the wisdom of our soul and allow it to guide us.

How would it be for you if you could access your head and heart, and, both were for you, not against you? When you decide you want to find the freedom within so you can embrace all that life offers, take a look at our Archetypes Mentoring programme which will help you to get all your energies to work together.  Heart, mind, soul. The more you understand and accept yourself, the more at peace you will be with yourself –  and the more patient and understanding you will be with others. The more life will flow with ease, the more easily you will access and trust your intuition.

How to find balance…
