“Who in the world am I? Ah, that’s the great puzzle”

“Who in the world am I?”, asked Alice in her quest for identity. On the surface, a story that’s considered by some to be about fun and nonsense and appearance, underneath a deeper meaning about growth and expansion.

Where to start on your adventure? You can start by asking how do you see ourself now. Create a collage of how you see yourself and your life using images from magazines that inspire you, and on the back write the date and describe how you felt as you created it. Or, put colour on a sheet of paper, just colour, no words or images , then write one word on a page and write what that means to you in terms of yourself.

Of course, what you see on the surface is simply that – and often it’s an illusion. ‘Curiouser and curiouser’, says Alice – is it real or is it imagination?

What lies within is what matters, not what appears on the surface, and, who we are becoming.

So, you can ask “Who am I?” – without the status of your job, house, car, trinkets, relationships…and look for the treasure within. See it as a fun challenge, a great puzzle!
