House sitting for friends who have two small kittens, these past few days I’ve been absolutely fascinated and delighted…observing their blinks and purrs, their curiosity, how they sometimes just sit and stare, taking in every detail, present in the moment, enjoying all the small wonders…other times rolling about playing with one another or… chasing geckos!
Beautiful and playful, often quite mischievous, doing what they please, I’m left thinking ….what great teachers they are.
They find joy in being curious and playful, exploring different things, and in basking in the warmth of the sun. They always have time for a nap, they stretch just because it feels great, and are very good at self care.
What can you do to enJOY your life a little bit more?
